Daily skin care tips

Nurturing our skin is not an event that is scheduled for a week end or to the end of a month. To shine always the daily skin care is very necessary and let us see what to do in every day of our life to get the great skin.

Moisturize
Applying moisturizing lotion on every day is one of the best practice to retain the moisture on the skin. Don’t skip using of moisturizing lotion in your every day chart. It will give you soft and healthy skin. The perfect time to use moisture is right after the shower, because damp skin likely to absorb the lotion and clogs on the skin. Like wise applying before going to bed is another best time.
Don’t restrict to apply all over the body but while coming to face you need to go with a special cream that is designed especially for facial skin. In the day time prefer to choose the one which consists of SPF.
Apart from the external application, moisturizing the skin from internally is also very essential. For this you need to drink water and other liquids often. Drinking sufficient amount of water will keeps the skin from dehydration there by it promotes healthy and moisturized skin.
Apply sunscreen
In the daily skin care, the role of sun screen is vital. Make sure you are going out with a layer of sunscreen other wise the harmful ultra violet rays may dulls the skin. Choose to apply a sunscreen that is having SPF of 15 or more than that. Also wear the facial products like lotions and foundation which consists of SPF to cover the skin from tanning there by you are protecting the skin from skin cancer and other skin diseases.
Make up must be removed
Though how tough you had spend your whole day you are required to swipe out the make up gently before going to the bed. Because you may probably develop acne and blemishes if you keep on sleeping with the make up daily. So, prioritize few minutes and remove the make up completely, concentrating on your eye make up and then moisturize your face.
Don’t pour stress
While you are spreading a face cream or make up make sure you are not applying stress on your face as the skin on the face is much sensitive than any other part on the body, give light touch especially the area under the eye. Neither press the skin nor pull, it may leads to sagging and wrinkle oriented facial skin texture.
Take healthy diet
Taking care in the daily diet give you good health and flawless skin. Go with low fats and protein based food items. Include the palate with fiber rich foods, nuts, seeds, low-fat diary foods and lean meats. Omega-3 fatty acid food items like fish and broccoli are a good choice to prevent many health problems. Also add vitamin E to food items to get rich amount of nutrients.
Along with these above tips avoiding smoking and alcohols, visiting dermatologist for unknown skin problems will help to attain flawless and great skin.
