Increase consumption of water
Water is an ever ending mantra to shoot many health problems. Drinking adequate sum will flush out the toxins from body through urination. Drink water depending on the weight you have. Divide your age by 20 and get the number of litres you need to drink in a day. For example if your weight is 60 divide it by 20, yes it is 3. So, you need to drink minimum 3 litres per day. Make a small calculation and check the scale of low weight.

Hot water with lemon and honey
Warm a glass of water and add it one table spoon of lemon juice and half table spoon of honey. Stir it and try to drink it every day morning on empty stomach to lose weight.
Protein meal
Intake of protein meal two times a day helps to reduce the weight. Consume in the breakfast and dinner in the form of a salad or a shake. Protein rich meal increases the muscle strength by subsequently cutting off the fat.

Soy can be consumed in the form of soy milk or cooked soy beans. As it is a plant with low fat content it aids to manage the weight.

Consume the food items that are having high soluble fiber content to reduce the weight. Soluble fibers works effective in reducing the bad cholesterol in the body.
Avoid junk food
Junk food is the biggest culprit for developing weight, foods like noodles, fried rice, pizza’s and burgers are needed to keep away if you really want to look yourself slim.
Proper work out
Don’t skip your work out because you are in weight loss program! Habituate to do work out daily. Don’t go with tough exercises in the beginning, start with small and easy one’s. Doing exercise for five days in a week for minimum 30 minutes aids advantage to your weight loss desire.
Avoid three whites
Avoiding of the three whites namely rice, sugar and salt helps to reduce your weight. If you can’t avoid it completely try to decrease the amount that you are adding to your diet.
