Home remedies to cure sneezing
Fenugreek seedsThe antiviral properties of fenugreek seeds helps you to sort out your sneezing problem. It treats the sneezing by showing soothing effect on mucous membranes.
Mix two table spoons of fenugreek seeds with water and boil. Boil up to the water comes to half. Drain the water content and drink it up. Drink it for two to three times in a day until you fetch changes.
Chamomile tea
To kick away the sneezing problem that is arised due to allergies chamomile tea works perfect. It give you relief from the sneezing through its antihistamine properties.
To the boiling water, add a table spoon of dried chamomile flowers, let them boil for few minutes and add a table spoon of honey to the concoction. After that, strain and drink the tea for two times in a day.
Ginger
To stop the sneezing and other nasal problems, ginger is an effective medicine which has been under the use since many generations.
Intake of one to two table spoons of ginger extract helps you to stop sneezing.
Alternatively add a small bark of ginger to the boiling water. After few minutes of boiling, add a little amount of honey and sip it before going to bed. This process helps to prevent the sneezing in the night time.
Pepper mint oil
Peppermint oil is a good source of antibacterial properties and it helps to give relieve from the sneezing that is associated due to stuffy nose.
Boil two glasses of water and mix five to six drops of peppermint oil. Inhale the steam by covering your head with a blanket. It gives you relief from the sneezing and open the clogged nose.
Black pepper
Another easy home remedy to stop the runny nose and sneezing is through the usage of black pepper.
Bring the peppers and ground them, mix the powder with luke warm water and drink it up for two or three times in a day or Mix the black pepper powder to the hot milk and drink before the bed time.
Alternatively gargle the water that is mixed with pepper to get rid of germs and viruses that are causing cold or simply toss the peppers on your daily salads and soups.
