Natural remedies to treat back pain at home

Back pain affects any one with no consideration of gender and age. Almost every one had been into back pain once or more. The most common back pains are lower, middle, upper and sciatica pain. The disturbance in the spinal cord, muscles weakness, bad posture while sleeping, strains, nutritional deficiency, stress and tension are some of the major reasons behind backache.
In some cases accidents, falls and injuries call for spinal cord pain. Acute back pain is a chronic problem that occurs after lifting of heavy weights or else due to injuries.

Remedies to treat back pain

When you are lifting heavy weights always remember to bend knees first, this will help the lower back from being tense through which it aids spine and back muscles from damage.
 Massage
Giving massage for the affected area for few minutes provides great relaxation for muscles in that area. Choose a herbal oil and start doing massage, don’t apply the pressure on the affected area immediately, pressure needed to be increased slowly.
 Wheat treatment
Steep a cup of wheat in the water and leave it for a whole night, in the following day add the wheat to coriander and cuscus grass. Boil all these ingredients for few minutes with the addition of one cup of milk. You need to boil it until the mixture becomes thick. And then drink the mixture for two times a day.
 Ginger treatment
Ginger when used in the backache period helps to reduce the pain by its anti-inflammatory properties. Simply take a small bark of ginger and make it in to paste, apply this paste on the affected area and lie down for few minutes.
Alternatively drink the ginger root tea to ease the condition. You can prepare ginger root tea as follows: Add few ginger root slices to boiling water and let it boil for few minutes in low heat. Leave the mixture to reach room temperature, now strain the solution and add it one table spoon of honey. Stir it and drink it.
 Ice pack
Applying an ice pack on the affected area helps to reduce the pain by decreasing the swelling and inflammation.
Keep a bowl of crushed ice in a plastic bag and wrap it in a towel. Use this as a compressor on the paining area for 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat this process for every half an hour until you find change.
 Oat tree gum
Consume a table spoon of oak tree gum every day morning on empty stomach. It is one of the best home remedies you can try to get relief from back pain with out calling for any side effects.
 Aloe vera and meat
Cook 100 grams of aloe vera with 300 grams of meat, add this to your daily diet to find the effective results. This remedy works great for bones and backache.
 Sitting position
Avoid sitting in the couches, try to sit in the firm chairs fostering the lumbar area with a pillow. This will make the lower back and waist to occupy exact position.
