Home remedies to overcome vomiting

Vomiting is a general problem which don’t carry any serious issues. Mostly vomiting is caused due to the reasons like having heavy meals, pregnancy, viral infections, stomach upset, having too much of alcohol and food poisoning.
There are few signs that warn you when you are going to vomit, which includes fluctuation of body temperature, increase in the heart beat, excessive formation of saliva in the mouth and dizziness. If you sense any of the above symptoms then follow the below remedy.

Clove
The antiseptic and anesthetic properties of cloves improves the digestion, by which it can cure vomiting
  • Chew two or three cloves until the clove leave its liquid in to mouth. Preparing a tea with the addition of cloves will also helps your vomiting problem.
  • Simply add few drops of clove oil to warm water and drink it up.
  • Yet another way to make use of cloves to relieve from vomiting problem is by swallowing the mixture formed from clove powder with the sufficient amount of honey.
Mint
To get away from the vomiting sensation, collect the fresh mint leaves and chew them.
  • You can prepare mint tea to cure the vomiting problem. Preparation  of mint tea doesn’t takes huge time. It can be made easily by adding the mint leaves to the boiled water and leaving for 20 to 30 minutes in order to steep. Strain it to get your mint tea.
  • Alternatively, prepare a soothing solution by the addition of lemon juice to mint juice. Consume it in the regular intervals for the effective results.
Ginger
Ginger is loaded with the anti-emetic properties. It acts as an effective agent for the digestion, clogs the unnecessary discharge in the stomach which is causing the vomiting problem.
  • Take a medium sized ginger piece and smash it, add this paste a little amount of salt and swallow it.
  • Another easy remedy is to chew the ginger pieces directly with or without the add up of honey.
  • Go for the solution prepared out from lemon juice and ginger juice to help your stomach. You can make it by adding a table spoon of lemon juice with same amount of ginger juice.
Onion juice
To fight with the vomiting and nausea health problems onion juice helps a lot.
  • Take a table spoon of onion juice and mix it up with one table spoon of grated ginger. Consume this mixture for regular intervals to escape from the vomiting.
  • To ease vomiting, consume two table spoons of onion juice followed by the drinking of cold peppermint tea. These two ingredients onion and peppermint soothe your stomach and ease the vomiting.
Rice water
To discard the vomiting sensation caused by gastric, rice water is a good home made remedy.
  •  Simply boil a cup of rice in one and half cup of water. Strain the water and drink it up. Choose only white rice which is rich in starch other than brown rice.
