Getting period in the chain of every four weeks is called regular
period. If she is not getting in proper time then it is treated as
irregular periods. It is also termed as delayed menstruation and is a
serious problem to many women. There are many ways to treat this
problem, but following the home remedies will give you better results
with no side effects. Follow the below remedies to escape from the
irregular periods problem.
Papaya
Eating unripe papaya
would be a simple remedy to follow to correct your irregular periods. It
works with irregular periods associated with menopause.
Pudina
Mix one table spoon of pudina powder with half table spoon of honey and consume it for thrice a day.
Sesame seeds
To make your irregular periods regular eat the sesame seeds which is a
good way to treat your problem. Sesame seeds and cumin seeds can be
consumed with honey to add more nutrients.
Fruits and veggies
Drink
fresh juices to increase the nutrition levels. In addition to the
fruits, vegetables are also very necessary to your diet. The imbalance

Exercise
Exercise is a very good habit to follow, however it is recommended for
women to not to involve in strenuous exercises for long time. Try doing
the strenuous exercise to not reach more than 30 minutes, 60 minutes on
overall activity. You could even shift to the low body impact exercises
such as yoga and swimming etc.
Coriander
Take handful
of coriander and boil it in water for few minutes. Strain the water and
drink it. You need to drink the solution for three times a day.
