Home remedies to control irregular periods

Getting period in the chain of every four weeks is called regular period. If she is not getting in proper time then it is treated as irregular periods. It is also termed as delayed menstruation and is a serious problem to many women. There are many ways to treat this problem, but following the home remedies will give you better results with no side effects. Follow the below remedies to escape from the irregular periods problem.

Papaya
Eating unripe papaya would be a simple remedy to follow to correct your irregular periods. It works with irregular periods associated with menopause.
Pudina
Mix one table spoon of pudina powder with half table spoon of honey and consume it for thrice a day.
Sesame seeds
To make your irregular periods regular eat the sesame seeds which is a good way to treat your problem. Sesame seeds and cumin seeds can be consumed with honey to add more nutrients.
Fruits and veggies
Drink fresh juices to increase the nutrition levels. In addition to the fruits, vegetables are also very necessary to your diet. The imbalance in the nutrients and proteins leads to irregular periods. Hence eat fruits and vegetable at higher amounts, which give sufficient amount of proteins and nutrients that are required for the body.
Teas and herbs 
Use herbs like ginger, coriander and cilantro when you are preparing tea. Add them whether to white, green or black tea. If you feel like the taste is irresistable then add honey, stevia, lemon or milk. You can consume some of the herbs on raw for much more affects or toss them in your daily dishes.
Parsley
Parsley juice is one of the simple remedy to correct your menstrual problem. Drink the juice every day to cure irregular periods.
Bitter gourd
If you can get the bitter gourd root, boil it with water for five to ten minutes and drink the decoction after it comes from hot to warm temperature.
Banyan tree roots
Get the banyan roots and boil them in water for ten minutes and add it two table spoons of cow milk. Mix it well and drink before going to bed.
Grapes
Grapes work for many women to skip out from irregular period problem. Eat grapes to cure your problem; you can also consume it as in the form of juice too.
Figs   
Figs are also effective in treating menstrual problems. Boil the fig roots for ten minutes and then drink the strained water.
Juices 
You can try drinking papaya juice, carrot juice and aloe vera juice to cut off the problem. These juices help to balance the menstrual cycle.
Exercise 
Exercise is a very good habit to follow, however it is recommended for women to not to involve in strenuous exercises for long time. Try doing the strenuous exercise to not reach more than 30 minutes, 60 minutes on overall activity. You could even shift to the low body impact exercises such as yoga and swimming etc.
Coriander 
Take handful of coriander and boil it in water for few minutes. Strain the water and drink it. You need to drink the solution for three times a day.
